About Dreamway

Shenzhen Dreamway Technology Co., Limited is a manufacturer of LED display, including Outdoor LED Screen, Indoor LED Display, LED Screen Rental and Taxi LED Display.

We commenced operations in 2013, and have a team with more than 10 years of experience in this field.

With about 2,000 square meters of factory area, the production capacity could reach more than 800 square meters at the average per month.

In the factory, there are 12 SMD machines, 3 reflow soldering machines, 12 screw machines, 6 automatic glue machines, and 10 aging racks for LED modules.

Our products have been exported to the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, UK, Slovenia, Italy, Turkey, Israel, Nigeria, and many other countries around the globe.
So far, we have obtained the CB certificate from Intertek, CE, and FCC.

LED screen, or LED display as it is commonly called, is widely used today in public places such as in buildings, parks, shopping plazas, airports, taxis, etc.

Dreamway History

  • Dreamway was founded in 2013. In the same year, we exported about 150 units of taxi LED Display screens to Brazil.

  • 2014~2015, we exported more than 300 units of taxi top LED display screens to Mexico and finished over 800 square meters of outdoor and indoor LED video walls.

  • 2016~2017, we completed more than 3,000 square meters of LED screen projects, mainly in New Zealand and the USA.

  • 2018, we developed energy-saving taxi LED displays and exported over 100 units. We also finished around 5,000 square meters projects with rental LED display inclusive.

  • 2019, we moved to a bigger factory with a larger capacity to complete more projects in record time.

Pre-Sales Service:

  • Provide details to clients about the production procedure.

Sales Service:

  • Offer clients specific detail project solutions according to their requirements.

  • A CAD drawing of steel structure could be provided FOR FREE CHARGE if needed.

  • Take photos or videos of clients’ projects during production to inform which procedure of the project is.

After-Sales Service:

  • 3% spare parts of the project would be provided to clients FOR FREE CHARGE.

  • Free technical training would be provided if customers are interested to learn. If not, we would provide remote control service to solve problems in 1 hour during working time
    (9:00 am – 18:00 pm) and 12 hours in non-working time.

  • It could be 12/18/24 months warranty for LED modules based on different LED lamp configurations and 12 months for other parts like power supply and control card. During this period, if any defective parts, clients could send them to us to repair FOR FREE CHARGE. And the shipping costs caused in this should be shared by Seller and Buyer equally. Beyond this period, if any defective parts, clients could send them to us to repair

    FOR FREE CHARGE.
    And the shipping costs caused in this should be paid by the Buyer.

For LED modules, it ranges between 12/18/24 months warranty based on different LED lamp configurations. And for other parts, we offer a 12 months warranty. During this period, if any defective parts are noticed, the customer can return them to us for repair FREE OF CHARGE. And the shipping costs for shipping faulty parts to us will be shared by Seller and Buyer equally. Beyond this period, if any defective parts are noticed, the customer can still send them to us FREE OF CHARGE. However, the shipping costs will be paid by the Buyer.

How is the taxi LED display fixed on the roof, and how do you control many displays from one computer at the same time?2020-05-18T11:13:10+00:00

For the taxi LED display, it is installed on the taxi top with a roof rack. The weight is about 23 kg/pc for the display. The LED screen needs a roof rack to support it, so we include one in the kit for extra safety when in use.

If controlling a batch of taxi LED displays at the same time, clients can log into the cloud service platform we provide to operate via 4G.

Generally, we set the configurations for all projects before the delivery so our clients can commence usage once it is delivered by connecting the cables. If you encounter any issues during operation, we can resolve them with the use of remote control within 24 hours after receiving your complaint.

Do you have an effective solution to protect the outdoor led display against salt and high humidity?2020-05-03T16:42:25+00:00

If the LED screen is to be installed near the sea with salt and high humidity, we suggest a die-casting aluminum or galvanized iron cabinet solution coupled with stainless steel screws for extra protection.

How long does the aging test take, and what is the environment temperature?2020-05-11T07:52:50+00:00

For our LED screens, we conduct an aging test of at least 72 hours before the delivery. During the aging, it is with all white, red, green, blue colors in turns, with all-white color aging for half an hour continually at first. Static photos and videos will also show during the test.

The testing environment temperature is 35~45℃ during the summer, while it is around 25~30℃ in winter.

How many spares LED modules do you send with each LED screen?2020-05-03T16:42:37+00:00

The spare parts include LED module, power supply, cooling fan, control card, and 3% spare parts FREE OF CHARGE depending on the project. For instance, if the screen size is W 6.144 x H 3.072 meters, the LED modules quantity is W 32 x H 16 pcs for P6 type, then the LED modules we offer for free is 15 pcs. Some clients purchase some more LED modules as spare parts for speedy replacement so that the defective ones can be sent back for maintenance.

Can the LED screen controller be connected to an HDMI input?2020-05-03T16:42:43+00:00

Yes. A video processor is equipped with HDMI, DVI, VGA input signals.

Can the LED modules in the cabinet be changed easily in the event of a breakdown?2020-05-03T16:43:34+00:00

Yes. Generally, you can replace LED modules easily by disassembling from the back of the screen for regular types with back maintenance. Videos will be sent to you for reference if needed.

How to set the screen up?2020-05-13T06:54:41+00:00

For setting up the screen, first, please make the steel structure. If needed, we will offer you the CAD drawing of steel structure FREE OF CHARGE when you place the order. Next, install the cabinets on the structure, and connect the power and signal cables between cabinets.

On request, we can also send our engineers to the site to help with the installation process. Do note that you will have to bear all relevant costs like visa, plane ticket, accommodation, labor cost for our engineers to fly over.

If I want to increase the size of a screen later on, can I just buy more cabinets and add them to an existing set?2020-05-13T06:53:43+00:00

Yes. This is no problem. Although there may be a little difference in display color, we will adjust them as close as possible via the software.
